Wolfes Excavating LLC, located in Clarksburg, WV is seeking highly motivated personnel.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspecting and repairing off road trucks, loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment for proper performance. Diagnosing faults using computerized testing equipment. Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts. Repairing damaged equipment parts. The primary objective of equipment maintenance is the repair and up-keep of production equipment; making sure to keep it in a safe, effective operating condition so that production and quality targets can be met on time and at cost. Assure quality of repairs to minimize recall/duplicate work. Assure work is performed according with all manufactures specifications.
Essential function:
Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications.
Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment in order to diagnose defect.
Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices.
Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools.
Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.
Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges.
Schedule maintenance for industrial machines and equipment, and keep equipment service records.
Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
Assemble gear systems, and align frames and gears.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
This position requires working in the internal and external environment.
This position requires a flexible work schedule; night and/or weekends may be required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Previous work-related skill, knowledge, and/or experience are required.
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent communication.
Develop and maintain positive attitude. Be courteous, prompt, and respectful to others.

Work safely at all times surrounded by unpredictable field conditions, continuously moving vehicles, equipment, and adverse weather conditions.
